Cape Lookout Coast Guard Station Restoration

On January 7, 2026, the NCWHF contributed $10,000 to the Cape Lookout Foundation’s Project to restore the former Cape Lookout Coast Guard Station so that it may serve as a place of education and recreation welcoming any and all people open to learning about and enjoying the natural wonders of the Cape Lookout National Seashore.
