CAMP MISSION

We look forward to spending quality time helping to educating your wonderful children about outdoors activities ranging from fishing, archery, firearm safety, rifle and shotgun shooting, wildlife calling, proper game identification techniques, to proper conservation practices for our environment and wildlife habitat.

Campers will be broken up into 4-6 groups based on experience levels and age. They will travel daily between 5 stations at camp. Each station will teach a different skill and focused activity. Volunteer mentors will escort campers to stations and assist with understanding, teaching skills and be monitoring safety.

These will consist of Fishing, Rifle, Shotgun, Archery/Sling Bow and Conservation over the course of two days. NC Wildlife Resource Commission will be providing Shotguns and 22 Rifles, along with fishing rods for the camp. Guilford Bow Hunters and NC Bow Hunters Association will be providing the Archery equipment. All ammunition is provided.

Lunches are provided daily the menu typically consists of hamburgers, hotdogs, barbeque and grilled chicken with sides. Water will be provided at stations and for lunch. Please send your child with a water bottle. Lemonade will be provided at Lunch Only. Should your camper wish to bring a lunch, refrigerators are on site and lunches will need to be clearly labeled.
